Ecoren was the only major Indian wind energy
player to be present at the EWEA conference
2013 at Vienna, Austria.
Ecoren has its projects spread across the state
of Andhra Pradesh, and has now ventured into
other states as well.
A vision like ours requires a team and minds
that are not just intellectually brilliant and
academically qualified and experienced
but also have passion for value creation.
One of our first projects – Heron Wind Park – is named after
Heron of Alexandria. The windwheel of the Greek engineer
Heron of Alexandria in the first century AD is the earliest
known instance of using a wind-driven wheel to power a machine.
